Eyak Corporation

The Eyak Corporation was formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) in 1973, as the town of Cordova’s Native organization. The Eyak Corporation is an Alaska Native Village Corporation (ANC) owned by native shareholders. The Eyak Corporation uses profits to undertake activities that protect the Eyak native culture, heritage, and land, which is accomplished through diversified business pursuits. EyakTek was created as a subsidiary of the Eyak Corporation in 2002 as one of these diversified business pursuits.
