Position Status: 

Full Time, W-2 Salary Compensation with full company benefits

Responsible for the coordination and completion of telecommunication projects as assigned.
Oversees all aspects of projects initiation, planning, schedule, budget and execution.
Manages risks, scope, deadlines, subcontractors and customer expectation. 
Monitors progress of project, prepares reports for upper management as well
as customers and stakeholders regarding project status on a variety of different
measures. Responsible for invoicing and contract management.
Reports to program manager or head of department.

Requirements Position Description
Project Manager, Motorola LMR and networks Systems

Specific Knowledge, Skill Sets and/or Education Desired: 
•    Experience with Motorola LMR and network systems
•    Comfortable working on projects and/or project
     teams spread over a large geographic area
•    Comfortable working on a wide range of projects and customers while
      balancing time and attention appropriately.
•    Understanding of project management process groups
      and knowledge areas as defined by PMI
•    Familiarity with site development and planning
•    Knowledge of radio equipment, radio networks
      system design and system functionality
•    Experience in other public safety network equipment and/projects
•    Experience with and/or knowledge of federal contracts
•    Excellent communications skills – writing and oral
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office to include MS Project
•    PMP highly desired
•    B.S./B.A. or equivalent work experience
•    Military back ground in radio communications and/or IT

Capture Manager, IT Practice Area

Eyak Technology, LLC (EyakTek) is a provider of information technology solutions,
communications solutions, infrastructure & security engineering and healthcare
services to government agencies. The IT capture manager is responsible for
winning business opportunities. The IT capture manager will most likely
not be the initial salesperson, but will get involved as a dedicated resource
once the practice area decides to pursue a lead. The IT capture manager
will then oversee the opportunity pursuit through award.Typically, the
IT capture manager works on selected opportunities and oversees
bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies for the IT Practice Area
under the direction of the IT Practice Area Manager. A major focus for the
IT capture manager is to manage the transition from opportunity discovery to the
proposal process where the opportunity is closed. Usually, the IT capture
manager gets involved after the lead is qualified and the practice area makes
 a formal decision to pursue it. Many times the IT capture manager will be
involved in developing the business case to secure the corporate
resources necessary for further pursuit of opportunities.  The IT capture manager
identifies the resources required to pursue a bid, establishes any
infrastructures required, processes, and plans necessary, and manages their execution.

The successful candidate with have the following qualifications and experience:
•    The IT capture manager should be an accomplished business developer who
     understands project management, contracts, and proposal development.
•    BS/BA or equivalent
•    Minimum of 5 years related experience with demonstrable results.
•    Strong knowledge of the Federal Government procurement process
•    Successful track record of identifying, capture planning/strategizing and
      winning Federal Government contracts
•    Broad industry relationships with the prime/partner/vendor community
•    Ability to effectively communicate capture and bid strategies to executive management
•    Able to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities
•    Develop/manage the development of capture strategies for key contracting
     opportunities within the IT Practice Area
•    When necessary, develop business justifications to garner
     corporate support for IT opportunities
•    Work closely with bids and proposals to develop win themes, identify teaming partners,
    develop pricing, and ensure that all proposal deadlines, as outlined by the
     proposal manager, are being met by the IT team and associated partners/vendors.

Assistant Project Manager, Critical Infastructure Group

Position Description
The Assistant Project Manager will work under the direct supervision of the
Department Manager or Program Manager(s) to assist in the completion of
project-specific deliverables and work requests from Federal Government and
commercial customers. Some travel may be required (CONUS).

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and/or Education Required
•    1-3 years construction experience or construction process experience
•    Experienced performing project management tasks
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Above average analytical and problem solving skills
•    B.S./B.A. or equivalent work experience
•    Computer literate including MS Office Suite
•    Willingness to learn and take direction
•    Ability to work closely and effectively with customers and coworkers
Desired Knowledge and Skills
•    Security Clearance, Secret or better
•    Data Center and/or HVAC experience
•    Government contracting experience
•    Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision
•    Working knowledge of MS Project
Specific Responsibilities
•    Work with Program Manager(s) or Department Manager on specific
projects and task assigned. Assist with site surveys, due diligence,
and project implementation.
•    May be responsible for portions of the opportunity lifecycle to include:
1.    Solicitation and evaluation of vendor quotes and manage vendor relations
2.    Generation and tracking of:
       •    Schedule and Project Milestones
       •    Submittals and Drawings
       •    Invoices
       •    RFIs

Alliance Manager


 


A.    GENERAL DESCRIPTION
EyakTek’s Alliances Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing
relationships with partnerships that will help to foster the growth of EyakTek’s business
to the Federal Government.  The Alliances Manager is directly responsible for achieving
increased channel sales as a result of the alignment of EyakTek’s market strategy with
partnering organizations ranging from small to mid-size systems integrators and
OEMs to third-party services companies.

B.    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED
 1.     Experience driving strategic partner selection that support the corporate
         sales and market strategy.
 2.     Experience pursuing alliances and developing sales opportunities.
 3.     Knowledge of the federal IT marketplace including contractors,
         competitors, and vendors
 4.     Knowledge of information technology products and services
 5.     Experience in negotiating pricing and margins as well as optimizing
         back-end programs and marketing development funds.
 6.     Experience in business development and creating teaming strategies
         with small to mid-size integrators.
 7.     Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and contracting procedures
 8.     Firm understanding of 8(a) contracting and ANC 8(a) advantages
 9.     Experience in product marketing highly preferable.

C.    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Develop relationships between Eyaktek and the Tier One partners’ executive, 
       channel, and direct sales staff.
2.    Identify and manage new partners and leverage existing partners that
       could assist in specific opportunities
3.    Identify new opportunities within new, emerging, and mature
       partnership organizations.  Assist as needed in the sales cycle,
       including setting up sales training.
4.    Assist in the creation of partner marketing and awareness campaigns. 
5.    Establish presence and uncover teaming opportunities with small to
       mid-sized integrators.
6.    Identify and pursue key programs with partners as a prime or subcontractor,
       including third-party service providers.
7.    Review and negotiate contract agreements.
8.    Manage compliance with certifications and required training programs,
       including deal registration, vendor reports, and customer surveys. 
9.    Help to achieve company’s revenue and retained profit goals through
       partnership opportunities
10.  Conduct company presentations and contract-related presentations
       for customers and partners
